As Danny was getting ready to take a run yesterday morning Parks toddled in and proceeded to help his dad prepare for the run by helping him stretch!!!
After finishing with his assistance Parks laid back for a little break. Cause helping someone 15 times your size to get fit is A LOT of hard work! :)
Just look at those smiles folks!!
Parks is particularly happy because whenever his Daddy puts on those running shoes it means he gets to go too! And he loves his morning runs with his dad all bundled up in his jogging stroller! 
Speaking of bundled up...this is Parks new jogging outfit! It has 2 layers, with built in mittens and footies! He was so toasty for the run he fell asleep! Keep in mind it was 26 degrees outside! :)
And the best part of the outfit, besides Parker in it of course,....the ears! :)
