Sunday was Parker's blessing day and we dressed him up proper for the big event! This adorable little tux was made for the Wee One by his awesome friend Pam Stokes! It is adorable on him and I only wish I could have captured a picture of the back since the jacket comes complete with tails! :) And the beautiful blanket he is lying on was made for him by his friend Jen!
I put this picture in so everyone might observe the small but very red scratch across Parker's nose. I had been VIGILANT for 3 weeks to keep his nails trimmed and his hands away from his face in order for his pictures to look perfect. But as we arrived at the chapel just moments before his blessing he happened to have his little hand resting on his nose and when I released the seat belt holding his car seat it snapped back so quick that it smacked him in the face causing the tiny little bit of nail that had actually grown out on his finger to scratch his NOSE! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Alas....he still looks stinkin adorable and in the end he was happy and very content that day....and who could ask for a more perfection then that? (And that's what Photoshop is for anyway, isn't it?)

My son has sweet karate moves that start to kick in when HE feels picture time should be over. I do firmly believe that if his little foot could actually reach the camera he would most certainly kick it out of my hand some days. :)

And here he is pulling a little bit of Chuck Norris fist action at the camera!

This is his sweet little friend Heather who sat and held him after the blessing at his party. She is so loving towards him, (as is her twin brother Scott) and when she kisses her, "Baby Parker," he just smiles and coos like the little flirt he is. :)
